Boiler installation and replacement
A new boiler is one of the bigger things you will spend money on in your home, and it should be specified properly rather than sold to you off a price list. We survey the property, size the boiler to your actual hot water demand, explain the options in plain English and give you a written fixed quote before any work starts.
Boiler repair and breakdowns
Most boiler faults are diagnosed and fixed on the first visit. We carry common parts, we work on all the main makes, and if a part has to be ordered we make the property safe and come back as quickly as we can.
Boiler servicing and gas safety checks

Unvented cylinder installation and repair
Mains-pressure hot water, properly installed. Unvented cylinder work is legally restricted to G3 qualified engineers, and we are qualified to do it.
Power flushing
If your radiators are cold at the bottom and hot at the top, there is sludge in the system. A power flush clears it out and gets your heating working properly again.
