We are an owner-led plumbing and heating business based at 17 Thornleigh in Dewsbury. We have been working across West Yorkshire for over 15 years, and most of our work now comes from people who have used us before or been told about us by someone who has.

Mr. Mullah has been in the plumbing and heating trade for over 15 years, and holds comprehensive qualifications. He is on the Gas Safe Register for all domestic gas appliances and is G3 qualified for unvented hot water systems . He is the engineer most of our customers meet.
Every engineer who works on gas appliances in Great Britain is required by law to be on the Gas Safe Register. Ours is number 211549. Go to gassaferegister.co.uk, put the number in the search box, and you will see the business, the engineer, and precisely which types of gas work each engineer is signed off for.
That last part matters more than most people realise. Being "Gas Safe registered" is not one blanket qualification — an engineer can be registered for cookers but not for boilers, or for natural gas but not LPG. Always check the category matches the job.
Working on an unvented hot water cylinder requires a separate G3 qualification, because an unsafe unvented cylinder is a pressure vessel that can fail explosively. We hold it, and Mr. Mullah is fully certified.
We carry comprehensive public liability insurance. Certificate available on request.
Nobody can price a boiler repair over the phone without seeing it. What we can do is give you an honest sense of the likely cause and cost range from the symptoms you describe, and then a firm price once we have looked.
If your boiler is old and the part that failed is expensive, we will tell you what a replacement would cost and leave you to decide. We never try to sell you a new boiler you do not need.
Dust sheets, boots off or covers on, and everything cleared out when we go. We also ensure you get the paperwork you need, like the CP12, Benchmark logbook, and Building Control certificates.
